Your buyers ask AI before they ask you

“What’s the best SEO consultancy for a B2B SaaS company?” The answer is a shortlist. If you’re not on it, the buyer narrows the field before they ever reach your site.

We ran this test on ourselves on Sept. 25, 2026, across Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. For brand questions, all four described Stradiji correctly. For buyer questions like “best GEO agencies,” we showed up in none of them. AI knew who we were. It just didn’t recommend us.

That gap is where most brands are stuck. It can be measured, explained and fixed.

The three doors of AI visibility: reach, recognize and believe findings from 100+ audited websites

The Three Doors of AI visibility

We audited more than 100 websites in depth with our GEO Score Card. Most keep at least one of these three doors shut.

  1. Reach: Can AI crawlers read your pages? About three in four sites we audited give AI crawlers no explicit access in robots.txt. Since Sept. 15, 2026, Cloudflare blocks mixed-use AI crawlers by default on pages with ads, on new sites and on free-plan sites that kept their default settings (Cloudflare, Sept. 15, 2026). Many owners now shut this door without knowing it.
  2. Recognize: Does the model put you in the right category? Roughly 87% have no Wikidata entry. If your name, founding year and offer don’t match everywhere, AI guesses.
  3. Believe: Who else vouches for you? About half have no independent reputation signal, such as a third-party review, award or industry mention. Models recommend brands others document, not brands that call themselves the best.

What we fix, and in what order

Every service runs on the same rule: measure first, find the cause, then sequence the fix. We don’t guarantee rankings or citations. We show you what changed.

How an engagement works

1. Measure

Start with the GEO Score Card or a free snapshot. We know where your site stands before the first call.

2. Sequence

Every finding gets an impact score, an effort estimate and its dependencies. You see which fix unlocks the rest.

3. Ship with your team

Your developers, your agency or our vetted implementation partner make the changes. We write the specs, test on staging and re-crawl after release.

4. Prove it

A one-page monthly report on clicks, conversions and AI visibility. GEO programs re-measure at week 12. No progress, we say so and change the plan.

2,193 fixes to unify one brand name across the site, so AI answers stop splitting it into separate entities.

U.S. SaaS company (2026)

Reported revenue didn’t reconcile with ad spend. We rebuilt purchase tracking from scratch, so decisions now run on real numbers.

A note from Mert

“I’ve been doing SEO since 2009. AI didn’t change the fundamentals. It shrank the margin for error. A weak site used to land on page two. Now it doesn’t make the answer at all. Every number on this page, we measured first on our own site and for our clients. On our first call, I’ll bring you measurements, not guesses.”

FAQ

What is Stradiji?

Stradiji is an SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) consultancy founded in Istanbul in 2010 by Mert Erkal. It advises enterprise brands in Turkey, the U.S., the U.K. and Australia on visibility in Google and AI answers, conversion optimization and analytics.

What is generative engine optimization?

GEO is the practice of improving how often AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews mention and cite your brand. It builds on SEO and adds work on entity data and third-party sources.

Can you guarantee we’ll show up in ChatGPT?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. AI answers change by user, time and model. We guarantee the measurement, the root-cause analysis and the re-test.

Do you work with U.S. companies from Istanbul?

Yes. We work remotely with clients in the U.S., the U.K. and Australia, in English.

Do you make changes to our site?

No. Your team, your agency or our vetted implementation partner ships the changes. We write the specs and verify. You keep control of your site, and your team keeps the know-how.

Does AI know you? Does it recommend you?
